She just appeared one. day. Bambam, wandering outside at her grandparents house in the country. The yard was huge, fenced in on three sides by trees that had been old when her Grandpa was a young man. The grass in the yard green and full of life, over grown in some places.
It was the tall grass that Bambam was wading through. Walking along the tree line off on some other planet, enjoying the lack of brother in her life currently, when she heard it. A soft meow, almost like she was being called.
She was.
Up on the fence post was the prettiest cat she had ever seen, she was looking right at Bambam knowingly. Without thought or hesitation, Bambam walked up to this yellow – eyed beauty. She looked so elegant, her fur looked like she was wearing a long black jacket over fair perfect skin. She crawled onto Bambam’s shoulders like she had always belonged there.
Becuase she did.
Her name was Mina, Bam didn’t know how she knew, she just knew.
Mina was meant for Bambam, and together they would remain for whatever time was theirs. Not even her grandmother dared to disturb the duo.
There was just something about them. About Mina, as though she was meant to be there in that leg of the journey that is the Tale of Bambam The Brave
